How do you secure a wooden dowel?

Post by NewSpottedWorld » November 28th, 2020, 3:58 pm

Cut a one-inch dowel 13 inches long. Using a one-inch Forstner bit, drill 1/4 inch down into the center of a 5-inch diameter round of wood. Use wood glue to secure the dowel in place. To top it with a handle, drill a small hole all the way through the dowel, about one inch below the top.
